Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)
UPTET is an eligibility entrance test for the teachers in the Govt. school up to class 8. It generally conducted by any of the state level colleges selected by the Govt. of India or National Council for Technical Education. If you are an aspirant but you have still not concluded yourself till now it is right time to start. To enroll in this program you need to be a pass out of B.A or B.Sc with a basic subject education or if you have completed your B.Ed. with special education you are also eligible for this national level eligibility test. But in both cases you need a senior secondary with minimum 45% marks. Below this percentage nobody is allowed for admission. It will be conducted in two parts; UPTET Part 1 and UPTET Part 2. First part will conduct in the month of February while the second part will held in November.
Central teacher eligibility test (CTET)
CTET is the first common entrance examination will be conducted for the selection of teachers. Earlier days there was no entrance examination held in national level. That used to create problems in the time of admission and enrollment. To avoid this problem central Govt. has decided to conduct this national level eligibility test for those people willing to have a career in teaching. CBSE board is conducting CTET 2013. For any kind of financial transaction you need to prefer Syndicate bank by any of their branches. The fee is selected Rs. 500 for the general category and Rs. 450 for the SC/ST candidates. After all the things field up the exam will be conducted in the last week of June, 2013. There will be two sections in the question paper; part 1 and part 2. The duration is 90 minutes and you have to score at least 60% of the total to get in.
